PLN TransferGo Plus Subscription Cashback Campaign-Specific Terms & Conditions

These campaign-specific terms (“Campaign Terms”) apply to the PLN TransferGo Plus Subscription Cashback campaign (the “Campaign”) and supplement TransferGo’s Cashback Rewards Programme General Terms & Conditions (the “General T&Cs”). Capitalised terms not defined here have the meaning given in the General T&Cs. In the event of any conflict between these Campaign Terms and the General T&Cs, these Campaign Terms shall prevail for the purposes of the Campaign.

1. Eligibility

To participate in the Campaign, you must hold an active TransferGo Plus subscription with TransferGo at the time each qualifying transfer is made. If your TransferGo Plus subscription is not active at the time of a transfer, that transfer will not accrue cashback under the Campaign, even if you later reactivate your subscription.

2. Enrolment and billing

When you enrol in the Campaign, you select a TransferGo Plus subscription tier (Plus or Premium) as part of the TransferGo Plus enrolment flow. Your first three months of Subscription, calculated from your enrolment date and applied regardless of whether you selected a monthly or annual billing cadence, are provided free of charge as a promotional credit for the purposes of this Campaign (the “Promotional Cycles”);the timing of your Subscription fee billing, including how the Promotional Cycles apply if you selected an annual cadence, is set out in the TransferGo Plus Subscription Terms & Conditions. The effect of cancelling your TransferGo Plus subscription, including during the Promotional Cycles, on your participation in the Campaign is set out in clause 8..

3. Qualifying transfers

 A transfer qualifies for cashback under the Campaign only if: (a) it meets the general qualifying-transaction conditions set out in the General T&Cs; (b) it is sent from your TransferGo PLN wallet balance and (c) the receiving country is Ukraine and the payout currency is UAH.  Transfers funded by card, external bank transfer, any other payment method, or any wallet balance other than PLN, do not qualify for cashback under the Campaign, nor do transfers sent to a receiving country other than Ukraine or in a payout currency other than UAH, even if you hold an active TransferGo Plus subscription at the time.

4. Accrual

 Cashback accrues, is capped, and is paid on a monthly cycle that runs from your enrolment date and recurs on the same date each month (a “Cashback Cycle”), regardless of whether your Subscription is billed monthly or annually. Cashback on qualifying transfers accrues daily within each Cashback Cycle. Each qualifying transfer progresses through the following stages: pending (the transfer has been submitted and is awaiting completion), confirmed (the transfer has been successfully completed and verified as qualifying), earned (the corresponding cashback amount has been added to your accrual total for your current Cashback Cycle), and paid (the cashback has been credited to your PLN wallet on the payout date described in clause 6).

5. Cashback  cap 

Total cashback earned under the Campaign is capped at PLN 40 per  Cashback Cycle per user. Cashback that would otherwise accrue in excess of this cap in any Cashback Cycle will not be earned or paid, and does not carry over to a subsequent Cashback Cycle.

6. Payout

Cashback earned during a  Cashback Cycle is paid as a single lump sum to your TransferGo PLN wallet within 5 business days of the end of that Cashback Cycle, to allow all eligible transfers from that cycle to settle. Cashback under this Campaign is not paid instantly per transfer, notwithstanding the instant-payout model described as a default in the General T&Cs. 

7. Settlement currency

Cashback under this Campaign is denominated and paid in PLN, regardless of the currency of the underlying transfer or any default settlement currency referenced in the General T&Cs.

8. Effect of cancelling your TransferGo Plus subscription

 If you cancel your TransferGo Plus subscription, cashback continues to accrue on qualifying transfers made from your TransferGo PLN wallet until the end of your current Cashback Cycle, including if you cancel during a Promotional Cycle, not immediately on the date of cancellation. No cashback will accrue on transfers made after that date. Cashback earned up to and including that date remains payable on the normal payout date described in clause 6, subject always to the cap in clause 5. This clause covers the treatment of cashback only. The effect of cancellation on your Subscription itself,is set out in the TransferGo Plus Subscription Terms & Conditions, clause 4. 

9. General

Except as expressly modified by these Campaign Terms, the General T&Cs continue to apply to the Campaign, including as to Programme integrity and abuse, combination with other offers, and modifications and termination.
