Join us on our journey as a Head of FP&A to play a pivotal role in shaping how money is sent worldwide. You will work in a team of bright-minded individuals looking after strategic growth initiatives, financial forecasting, and M&A activities. Here’s what you’ll be doing as Head of FP&A:

  • Leading the company’s budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
  • Preparing and evaluating complex financial models and investment cases to support business decisions
  • Analysing competitive landscapes to identify market trends, potential opportunities, and risks
  • Developing financing strategies and supporting the CFO in capital raising initiatives
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to the CFO and CEO on growth plans, risks, and opportunities
  • Building and leading a high-performing FP&A team
  • Establishing scalable tools and processes to improve financial reporting and decision-making
  • Fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement

You’ll report to our Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Here’s what we’d love from our new Head of FP&A:

  • Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or similar
  • 5+ years’ experience in strategic planning or FP&A
  • Strong technical finance skills and financial modelling expertise
  • Experience in automating and streamlining financial reporting and management accounting
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

And if you can also do this stuff, even better:

  • Experience in fintech, payments or tech environments
  • Familiarity with project finance, wider finance areas (e.g. accounting, FX)
  • Working knowledge of SQL or VBA and BI tooling (Tableau, etc)
  • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced companies
  • Ability to build scalable financial infrastructure and tools

  • Competitive Salary: Starting from €4,600 - €6,250 (gross) per month, depending on experience.
